What should I include in my enquiry?
Your postcode, the work you are considering and any access restrictions help us prepare. If you are planning a new roof, tell us whether you would also like to discuss solar panels.
Does submitting the form book an appointment?
No. The form submits an enquiry to Heritage, not a confirmed booking. Wait for the submission confirmation on screen; we then contact you to agree the next steps. You can also call the office directly.
Can I ask about more than one type of work?
Yes. Mention roofing, solar, windows or doors in the same enquiry so we can discuss the work together and agree what needs surveying.
Do I need to know exactly what repair is needed?
No. Describe what you have noticed, such as a leak, loose tile or damaged gutter. Do not climb onto the roof to investigate; we can discuss an inspection.
Is the quotation free and without obligation?
Yes. Heritage offers free surveys and written estimates without obligation. The work, access arrangements and any exclusions should be agreed before work begins.
What if the survey identifies more work than expected?
Ask us to explain the findings and the proposed scope before deciding. Any change to the agreed work or price should be discussed and agreed rather than assumed.
