Who manages my window or door installation?
Heritage handles the survey, product selection, ordering and fitting through its glazing service. Discuss access and any making-good work during the survey so the quotation covers the agreed scope.
Can I replace windows or doors alongside roofing work?
Yes. Tell us about all the work you are considering so we can discuss the sequence and access requirements together. Each part of the job will need an agreed specification.
Are windows and doors made to my opening sizes?
The ranges shown are made to measure. Opening dimensions, frame style, colour, glass, hardware and any ventilation requirements need confirming before an order is placed.
Will the fitted product look exactly like the website image?
Range photographs are illustrative, not photographs of Heritage installations. Appearance varies with the chosen style, dimensions, colour, glass and hardware. Confirm the final specification on your quotation.
How do I check the product and installation paperwork?
Before ordering, ask us to confirm the product specification, applicable building regulations route, completion documents and any product or installation guarantees for your particular job.
Is the quotation free and without obligation?
Yes. Heritage offers free surveys and written estimates without obligation. The work, access arrangements and any exclusions should be agreed before work begins.
What if the survey identifies more work than expected?
Ask us to explain the findings and the proposed scope before deciding. Any change to the agreed work or price should be discussed and agreed rather than assumed.
