Questions about the reviews
Where can I read the original Google reviews?
Each Google review shown links to the Heritage Google business profile. Follow that link for the original reviews and current rating.
Are the business replies included in the carousel?
No. Only the customer entries supplied by Heritage are displayed. Some source entries were truncated, so those remain excerpts rather than reconstructed quotations.
Can I open the independent directory listings?
Yes. The Yell, Three Best Rated and Top Rated Roofers logos link to the supplied listings so you can check the information on each platform.
Do historic roofing reviews prove solar accreditation?
No. Roofing reviews describe customer experiences, not electrical or solar qualifications. Ask for the relevant project-specific documentation and responsibilities before agreeing to solar work.
Is the quotation free and without obligation?
Yes. Heritage offers free surveys and written estimates without obligation. The work, access arrangements and any exclusions should be agreed before work begins.
What if the survey identifies more work than expected?
Ask us to explain the findings and the proposed scope before deciding. Any change to the agreed work or price should be discussed and agreed rather than assumed.
